Purchase & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?collapse-icon

The Creative Store payment system is powered and secured by Stripe. Currently we accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club and China UnionPay. You can also use Apple Pay to make purchases on iOS or Mac devices.

Do you offer free trial for the subscription?collapse-icon

For individual plans, free trials are available with coupon codes. Here’s a coupon code for our featured solutions Creativity 365 and Document 365: FREETRIAL14. Enter the code at the checkout page to start the free trial. Payment information is required to start the free trial. You may cancel at anytime before the billing cycle starts. You may also obtain different free trial coupon codes from our special events or promotion channels.
For volume purchase plans, you may apply for free trial from the product pages. We will activate your administrator account as one of five licenses in your team. Credit card information is not required for volume purchase free trial.

I got a coupon code. How to redeem it?collapse-icon

First, select the plan you’d like to purchase and go to the checkout page. Apply the coupon code at the checkout page before making the purchase. The special offer details that comes with the coupon will show up on the checkout page. Please be sure to check the details before making the purchase.

I'm a student/teacher. Do I get a discount?collapse-icon

We offer volume purchase plan for students, teachers, and school staff only. Please fill out the form in the Creativity 365 Education web page to verify your school information. Or contact us at to learn more about our education offer.

Do I get a receipt for my purchase?collapse-icon

Yes, we will send you a confirmation email along with a link to download the receipt once the purchase is confirmed.
For enterprise or education volume purchases, you may login to the Admin Center to download the invoice with your name and company title on it.

How do I renew my subscription?collapse-icon

In an effort to avoid interrupting your service, the system will automatically renew the subscription at the end of a billing cycle through your original payment method. If you wish not to continue with our service, please cancel the subscription manually 24 hours before the auto-renewal starts.

How do I manage my subscriptions?collapse-icon

You can manage your subscriptions for the purchases made on Kdan Creative Store. Log in your Kdan ID on this website, and go to “My Orders” under your account to find your orders. Click “Manage” to view order details, generate invoice or cancel auto-renewal subscription.
If you subscribe to our services from the apps via in-app purchase, please refer to the instructions, and manage your subscription from your account on the App Store, Google Play Store, or Microsoft Store. For any questions or concerns about your subscription status, please contact us with your Kdan ID. Our support team is happy to help.

Do I get a refund if I cancel my subscription?collapse-icon

Canceling your subscription will only stop auto-renewal before the next billing cycle. Your subscription won't change until the current subscription runs out.
For special circumstances where a refund is required, please contact our support team.
The refund policy for the purchases made on Kdan Creative Store is as follow:
- The customer will receive 100% refund if the refund is filed within 14 days of subscription. Kdan may however charge processing costs of no more than 5% of the subscription payment.
- The customer will receive up to 70% refund if the refund is filed within 15 to 30 days of the subscription. Kdan may however charge processing costs of no more than 5% of the subscription payment.
- The customer is not entitled to any refund if the refund is filed after 30 days of subscription.

If you subscribe from the apps, since the purchase is made through the App Store, Google Play Store, or Microsoft Store, please reach out to their support team for their refund policies and methods.

Go to the Creative Store home page and find “Log In” on the top. Click “Forgot your password?” and enter your email address to receive password reset instructions.

How to activate the subscription services I purchased?collapse-icon

To get started, simply open Kdan’s apps and sign in with your Kdan ID you purchased the subscription with. Once you're logged in, you’ll be able to access premium app features and cloud services.
You can download Kdan’s apps here.
- For Creativity 365 subscribers, you can access all premium features in Animation Desk, Write-on Video, NoteLedge, Markup, and Pocket Scanner.
- For Document 365 subscribers, please download PDF Reader and get started!

How to use the Kdan Cloud storage that comes with my subscription?collapse-icon

With Kdan Cloud, you can easily backup files from Kdan’s apps or website, sync your projects across multiple devices and platforms, and access your work anytime, anywhere. Your files will be saved in a secured storage. In addition, Kdan Cloud also offers online services such as file management, sharing links and team collaboration. Visit the Kdan Cloud website to learn more.

What are the Kdan Credits for?collapse-icon

Kdan Credits allow you to convert files and fax documents straight from your mobile devices. Online file conversion is available in Kdan’s apps. One file conversion costs 1 Kdan Credit. You can send faxes and deliver documents instantly with PDF Reader, Markup or Pocket Scanner. One fax page costs 10 Kdan Credits.

I have been using other software/solutions for a long time. How do I transfer to Creativity 365 or Document 365?collapse-icon

It is easy to transfer your documents and projects from other softwares to Kdan’s. Kdan’s apps support major cloud services including Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive and iCloud. To transfer files via cloud, simply upload the files to cloud storages from the original software you used, and then open Kdan’s apps to download them.


Volume Purchase

What is the difference between individual and volume purchase plans?collapse-icon

The volume purchase plans include everything offered in the individual plans, plus a centralized Admin Center. Team administrators get to assign licenses to team members and manage accounts in real time. We also provide customized training programs that fits your needs and get your team onboard quickly.

How do I deploy applications to devices and assign the licenses to my team members?collapse-icon

You can download Kdan’s apps directly from the Apple App Store, Google Play, and the Microsoft Store, or post the download links on your IT Center web pages for your team members to download. Use the Admin Center to assign licenses to your team members via email, or upload a csv file for volume licensing.

After starting a free trial or subscription of Creativity 365 Business, Creativity 365 Education or Document 365 Business, you will get a link to access the Admin Center and get your team started. Here’s a tutorial video to walk you through how to manage team accounts.
